Green Axis SRL, which operates the Renov’Châssis brand, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains which data we process, why, on what basis, with whom we share it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 (on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data).

2. Data we process
When you request a quotation or contact us
- identity and contact details: surname, first name, email address, telephone number;
- information about your project: address and municipality of the site, type of request, characteristics of the window frames (dimensions, materials, glazing), preferred time slots for the visit, message;
- documents you send us: a quotation from another supplier, plans, measurement sheets, photos;
- subsequent exchanges with our team (emails, calls, follow-up notes).
When you become a customer
- data required for the contract, invoicing and payment (billing address, VAT number where applicable, payment history);
- information relating to installation, acceptance of the works and after-sales service.
When you browse the website
- technical and browsing data: pages viewed, landing page, referring website, length of visit, device type, IP address;
- data from cookies and trackers (see section 8).

The information requested in the quotation form is necessary to process your request; without it, we will not be able to respond to you usefully.
4. Recipients
Your data is processed by the Green Axis SRL team. We do not sell or rent out your data. It may be disclosed, to the extent necessary, to:
- our window frame manufacturers and suppliers, for pricing and manufacture (technical characteristics of the project and, where necessary, the delivery address);
- the installers and partners we engage for installation;
- our technical service providers, which act on our instructions as processors:
- Combell (hosting of the website and data, Belgium);
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email);
- Brevo (sending of transactional emails);
- Telegram (internal notifications of new requests to our team);
- Falco (invoicing software);
- Anthropic (artificial intelligence tool used to translate our suppliers’ quotations);
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and HubSpot, for audience measurement and advertising;
- our accountant and, where applicable, our legal advisers;
- the authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Certain service providers (in particular Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Anthropic and Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention periods
- Quotation requests not followed up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Customer data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then 10 years after acceptance of the works, in view of the applicable warranties and limitation periods.
- Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with Belgian legislation.
- Browsing data and cookies: according to the periods indicated in section 8, and a maximum of 13 months for cookies.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (in particular to direct marketing), as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing already carried out.
To exercise your rights, write to us at info@renovchassis.be. We may ask you to prove your identity. We respond within one month.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Autorité de protection des données (Belgian Data Protection Authority), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Bruxelles — contact@apd-gba.be — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
8. Cookies and trackers
The website uses:
- cookies strictly necessary for its operation and for the security of the form;
- audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics);
- advertising and conversion tracking cookies (Google Ads, via Google Tag Manager);
- HubSpot cookies, for visit analysis and our customer relationship tools.
You may refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the website or sending a quotation request.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to those persons who need it, storage of submitted documents outside the public area of the website, regular backups.

We may update this policy, in particular if our services or the regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
